Ann's cooking class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn about authentic Thailand dishes. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this course will teach everyone something new and exciting! Even if some ingredients aren't available in your home country, Ann has learned from years experience just what replacements would work best with certain recipes so there won’t be anything left uneaten by the end!
You'll be in charge of your own cooking process, but you will have a fully equipped kitchen to work with. This allows for maximum creativity and control over how the dish turns out!
The best thing about this class is not only will we be making great dishes but also having a blast while doing so - who knew cooking was so much laughter?

Cooking with Ann in her kitchen was a lovely experience. I've done numerous cooking lessons in the past and most classes comes with a preset menu of dishes. What stands out with Ann's classes is having the flexibility of picking the dishes you would like to learn/cook. Of course, it's a no brainer that I would want learn Northern Thai dishes!
We chose Cooking with Ann because we could learn to cook Northern Thai food. We have done several Thai cooking classes in the past and wanted to do something different. Ann readily shared her love and knowledge of Northern Thai food.
Ann is very knowledgeable, friendly and speaks English very good! My boyfriend and me had a wonderful time. It is our 1st cooking class in Thai. Delicious foods, fantastic experience with Ann and we hope to see you again someday.
