We chose Cooking with Ann because we could learn to cook Northern Thai food. We have done several Thai cooking classes in the past and wanted to do something different. Ann readily shared her love and knowledge of Northern Thai food.
After Ann picked us up we went to a local food market to buy ingredients for our cooking class. Once at Ann's place, we prepared ingredients for our food and started cooking. Ann readily shared her expertise and tips for cooking. At the end we had 4 delicious meals to eat.
We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed this cooking class.
Highly recommend this cooking class.
It was a unique experience to cook with Ann
First we went shopping, there she showed us all the best vegetables and fruits from the market and we bought them. After that we went back and she told us about her life and why she is doing what she is doing. Then the fun part began. We started cooking Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Kao Sok (I think) and Egg Rolls. Everything was so delicious and she also send us all the recipes per E-Mail

We spent a wonderful afternoon with Ann, shopping at the local market for fresh ingredients, sampling a few items we wanted to try and then cooking four delicious courses under her expert guidance! We're got the recipes ready to try when we get home. Such a great experience, highly recommended!
I did this class with my partner and we both really enjoyed cooking with Ann. Ann collected us from our accommodation and brought us to a market where we purchased the food needed for the meals we had chosen to cook. Ann also purchased some favourite market treats for us to taste. We were given a lot of choice in what we wanted to cook and what order we wanted to cook in which i thought was very nice. Ann tought us how to cook some delicious thai food all while chatting and answering questions throughout. Ann is a really kind, funny and chatty person which made this such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this class.
Ann is a true delight to cook with! Our class was private, very reasonable, and both educational and delicious. She picked us up and on the way to the market we planned our menu together. It was helpful having her guide us through the market and we got to sample some treats. After getting everything, we headed to her cooking space to prep the food. She guided us through each dish and at the end I really felt like I could replicate them at home. She was also friendly and we enjoyed chatting with hert throughout the experience. Definitely worth your time!!
